Each week the Medium Veg Box contains: -A bag of our freshly cut salad -At least five other seasonal vegetables from the field The Medium Veg Box is suitable for a household of three or four people. e. Except on rare occasions which we'll tell you about, our Veg Boxes only contain produce grown in our field. As such, they vary seasonally; they are leaner in Spring and Winter, more abundant in Summer and Autumn.
