Three Hares Organics is a mixed organic farm with sustainability and food sovereignty at its heart. On our 37 acres of fields in the Chew Valley we have; a market garden, a flower operation, a plant nursery and an agroforestry project, which are managed by individual land workers.
Our fields and timber frame barn are also site to courses, music and cultural events which are part of building a better food system from the ground up.
The Market Garden
Three Hares Market Garden is the veg, salad and herb growing operation at Three Hares Organics. We cultivate four acres of ground to produce a diverse range of delicious crops throughout the season.
Fieldfare Orchard
We grow a wide range of plants for forest gardens, Syntropic tree lines, agroecological farms & permaculture orchards. Including seedling nut trees, unusual fruiting shrubs & perennial veg plants, berry bushes, dye plants, biomass & basketry willow.
Peregrine Plants
Grounded in the belief that beauty is sublime, fleeting and for all people, we grow flowers and plants to supply Bristol and the area surrounding the farm.
