About the market garden
Three Hares Market Garden is the veg, salad and herb growing operation at Three Hares Organics. We cultivate four acres of ground to produce a diverse range of delicious crops throughout the season.
People are at the heart of the market garden and we couldn't produce our veg without the dedicated contributions of our staff and volunteers.
Our values
We are certified organic with the Soil Association, and are committed to maximising biodiversity and soil health in the fields were we work. Our produce is distributed through short supply chains to households, grocers and restaurants in the local area.
Our Produce
We sell our produce direct to shops and restaurants as well as to households through our veg box scheme. If you would like a weekly veg box please go to the 'shop' tab at the top of this page. If you would like wholesale veg for a restaurant, grocer or event please give me a ring to find out what's available.

Work opportunities and volunteering
Everything we do at Three Hares Market Garden is only possible due to the dedicated work of our paid staff and volunteers. We will be employing two seasonal growers in 2026 and also running a weekly volunteer every Friday. Our seasonal grower roles will be advertised here in March.
